Kitchen Expansion

Heritage Drive, Sudbury

Project Journal:

This is the story of Mark and Meg, first time home owners and their experience with Metropolitan Building Systems Corp. After years of living in their colonial home, they had grown frustrated with the numerous small rooms and challenging, choppy floor plan. Their visions was to open the space, making it feel lighter, airy and truly giving them the space they had been longing for.

Located in the suburban Heritage Drive neighborhood of Sudbury, this colonial home was expanding and reinvented by Metropolitan Building Systems Corp. to maximize the floor space in the house and give Mark and Meg a design with greater flow. Read more about Metro’s evolution of the project and the experience of homeowner’s just like yourself below.

“…the overall flow of the new space was truly inviting…it really opened up the first floor, making it feel bigger and much lighter.”  – Paul Wilkes

  • Rear kitchen expansion
