Condominium Renovation

Hewlett Street, Roslindale

Project Journal:

Located in the suburban Hewlett Street neighborhood of Roslindale, this condomium home had a very closed in feel to it with a tiny hallway and an enclosed set of stairs. Metro’s team got to work, updating the space to be a more open concept, creating a brighter, more airy space for the homeowners. The result of which allowed for better lighting, and a feeling of much more space. Read more about Metro’s evolution of the project and the experience of homeowner’s just like yourself below.

“…one of the biggest features gained here was the increase in a new open space by opening up all the common areas. This maximized available living space and traffic flow.”  – Paul Wilkes

Scope of Project:

  • Floorplan modification to condo unit
  • Removed walls to create a new open concept kitchen
  • Removed walls around staircase, creating a more open feel
