Heritage Drive, Sudbury

This is the story of Mark and Meg, first time home owners and their experience with Metropolitan Building Systems. After years of living in their colonial home, they had grown frustrated with the numerous small rooms and challenging, choppy floor plan. Their visions was to open the space, making it feel lighter, airy and truly giving them the space they had been longing for. Located in the suburban Heritage Drive neighborhood of Sudbury, this colonial home was expanding and reinvented by Metropolitan Building Systems to maximize the floor space in the house and give Mark and Meg a design with greater flow.
“The overall flow of the new space was truly inviting…it really opened up the first floor, making it feel bigger and much lighter.”  – Paul Wilkes
